Shape Up captures the workout and calories burned, so you can track your results at any time. Players can also choose between cardio and strength training – depending on their mood. And for on the go, there's the mobile app that allows you to get fit directly from your smartphone.

Caracteristics

1. Are the same training sessions always too boring? This is a remedy: As cardio training, players beat asteroids away with their fists, walk the way to the moon with strenuous squats and they can do bench press with an elephant.
2. In the 90-second continuous fire, certain muscle groups are trained. Players take part in a targeted four-week task or challenge their friends online to shine with their results.
3. Players use the new Microsoft Kinect technology and play as their alter ego on their screen. Full body tracking allows Shape Up to get an accurate picture of movements.
4. It's all up to the player. RePLAY and memory motion sensing technology lets you record your workout and compete against yourself. Or share your recording with your friends via the Internet.
